Chocolate Melting Tanks

Schebler chocolate tanks are fabricated of stainless steel for longer life and ease of maintenance. THey are available in standard sizes including 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and up to 5000 lbs.

Each tank incorporates a heavy-duty, motor-driven stirring system which encompasses a wall and bottom scraper capable of processing pre-cut chocolate chunks with ease.
